Our Vision

Our vision at Akwaaba St. Louis is to use the celebration of arts, culture, and histories to reconnect, re-engage, and reconcile lost ties. We believe that our blackness is not a monolith and deserves recognition in all its cultural diversity. Our goal is for Akwaaba STL to host events that highlight and showcase Pan Africans and celebrate all shades of what it means to be black.
